Non-Municipal Parks
In addition to the Municipal Parks, Murrysville benefits from parks and recreation facilities provided by various civic organizations. Descriptions of Non-Municipal Parks and Recreational facilities are given below.

Non-Municipal Parks

The Non-Municipally Owned Parks Matrix provides a table of facilities and features at each park.

Haymaker Park
Haymaker Park, operated by Communities, Inc., is located on Carson Street one block south of Route 22. It has a top notch American Legion Baseball field, a smaller field, a pavilion with electricity and lights when reserved and a basketball court with coin operated lights for evening play.

Sardis Park
Sardis Park is a volunteer owned and operated facility with a pavilion, a baseball field and lacrosse field. It is located next to Sardis Fire Hall on Rocky Hill Lane just off Saltsburg Road.

White Valley Park
There are two volunteer owned and operated baseball fields located on Ball Park Court, south of Old William Penn Highway in the White Valley section of town.

Nature Reserves

Westmoreland Conservancy
The Westmoreland Conservancy maintains five nature reserves for enjoyment of the public. For details see descriptions of each reserve.
