Murrysville Community Center, located off Carson Ave, two blocks off Route 22,
is a wonderful place to have birthday parties, wedding showers and meetings.
It has large and small rooms, a kitchen and nice parking area.

HOW TO RESERVE THE COMMUNITY
CENTER
• BOOK YOUR PARTY/EVENT/MEETING IN PERSON WITH THE MUNICIPAL RECEPTIONIST
• Person reserving the center must be a responsible adult and on-site
for the entire event.
• Review and be familiar with all the rules and instructions for use of
the building.
• Pick-up your key and forms Monday-Friday 8 am – 5 pm from the
municipal receptionist.
• Have your party/event/meeting following all the rules and instructions.
• Return you key the next working day with completed check-list.
• Call 724-327-2100, X 104 for more information about fees and available
times.
Fees for 2006:
- Refundable deposit - $50.00
- Main Room, Kitchen, Rooms B and C
- Weekdays - $30.00/hr
- Friday Nights and Weekends - $35.00/hr
- Main Room (includes kitchen)
- Weekdays - $25.00/hr
- Friday Nights and Weekends - $30.00/hr
- Medium Meeting Room (holds up to 20 people) - $15.00 per hour
- Small Meeting Room B (for eight people) or Small Meeting Room C (for 14
people) - $5.00 per hour.
- All rates listed are for non-commercial, resident rentals
- Commercial and non-resident rental are double the listed rates.
There is a telephone that can be used for local calls. Also available
for use are about 8 eight foot tables, 5 five foot tables, 80 metal
folding chairs, and 12 non folding chairs. If tables and chairs
are used, the room must be restored to original order before leaving.
A clean up check list is provided to every renter to assist them
in the cleaning process.
The rules and regulations for the building prohibit alcoholic
beverages, items creating smoke, chewing gum, smoking and gambling
on the premises.
Long term rental groups can arrange to bring in a locked cabinet
in which to store their supplies in the storage area.
