Master Site Plans for Pleasant Valley Park and Townsend Park

Background Information

The Municipality of Murrysville requested proposals for the development of park master plans for Pleasant Valley Park, and Townsend Park.

Five companies delivered proposals to the Municipality by the December 22, 2000 due date.

Each person on the Steering Committee evaluated the five proposals and rated the proposals on predetermined criteria. The Steering Committee met on January 18, 2001 and reviewed the evaluations. The two vendors having the highest ratings made one hour presentations to the Steering Committee on February 1st and 2nd.

The Steering Committee reviewed the ratings and recommended awarding the contract to Pashek, Associates. Council awarded the contract to Pashek Associates.
