Field Reservations

Online field reservations are ONLY requests. Requests for field use from sports organizations will not be accepted until AFTER the annual fields meeting held at the end of February. After the meeting, field requests can be made online at the link above. You must login. If your login and password is not known, request a new one. 

Field use cannot begin until permits are issued! DO NOT submit requests for same-day field use-they will not be approved! Allow a minimum of 2 weeks to process a field request.

Once requests have been submitted and approved you will receive an invoice. Once paid, permits will be issued and field use can begin. 

Guidelines for field use are included in the Fields Manual. Please share with coaches, staff and volunteers to ensure best practices are followed by everyone.

***Seasonal field fees must be paid at least 2 weeks prior to field use. Failure to do so can result in suspension of field use.***

Resident Field Fees

Seasonal Field Fees:

  • Comprised of three months or less: $50 per field/per time slot.
  • Comprised of four months or less: $75 per field/per time slot. 
  • Comprised ofmonths or less: $100 per field/per time slot.

Individual Time Slot Per Field/Court:  

  • Two hours per field/court: $25
  • All day per field/court: $100

Non-Resident/commercial Fees

Seasonal Fees:

  • Comprised of three months or less: $100 per field/per time slot 
  • Comprised of four months or less: $150 per field/per time slot   
  • Comprised ofmonths or less: $200 per field/per time slot.

Individual Time Slot Per Field/Court:

  • Two hours per field/court: $35
  • All day per field/court: $110

Tournament Play -Reservation of playing fields or courts for purposes of tournament play:

Tournament  play is defined as (2) two or more days of consecutive tournament games involving multiple teams on multiple fields.

  • Resident groups: $75.00 per day
  •  Non-Resident and commercial groups: $105.00 per day

All field reservation cancellations must be received 30 days or more PRIOR TO THE START  OF the program. If the cancellation is received in less than 30 days, the fees will be retained by the Municipality of Murrysville.  Also, reservation fees cannot be refunded due to inclement weather or other circumstances if requested less than 30 days prior to the start of the program.
