East Suburban Citizen Advocacy Phone: 724-325-3344 Link: East Suburban Citizen Advocacy Website | Since 1988, East Suburban Citizen Advocacy (ESCA) has been working to enhance the lives of people with disabilities. The board members, volunteers and staff have worked hard to carry out their vision of a community in which all people are appreciated and accepted without question and where dignity and equality are unconditionally enjoyed.
ESCA grew out of the cares and concerns of parents. The program partners caring adults with people with developmental disabilities to provide opportunities for social relationships and inclusion within our community. We support several group activities which provide opportunities for social, physical and intellectual development. We can advocate for all aspects of an individual’s life responding to their specific needs and the family’s goals. |
