- A Public Hearing was held for Public Comment on the Substantive Validity Challenge to the Official Zoning Map of the Municipality of Murrysville for Property Located at 6428 Buena Vista Drive, Tax Parcel 49-21-07-0-049. This is for the property at the corner of Buena Vista Drive and Route 22. This property has always been used as a commercial property, but was zoned as R-3. This was petitioned through a curative amendment to change the zoning of the property from R-3 to B-1. Doctor Rivardo, the property owner would like to put a dentist office there.
